Refund policy

Returns:
Should you not be entirely happy with your purchase we offer “change of mind” returns up to 7 days after delivery for an exchange or store credit.
Before you return your purchase please email info@klei.com.au for confirmation and further instructions.
This returns policy does not apply to items that have been used, worn, damaged or altered after delivery.
Purchase of sale items is final.
All items and packaging must be returned in their original condition. All postage and insurance costs are to be covered by the buyer. We recommend that you return goods with a trackable shipper as we can not assume any risk for lost, stolen or damaged goods during transit back to our Melbourne studio.
In-store returns will be accepted within 14 days of purchase for store credit or exchange.
Proof of purchase is required for all returns
